My son had a MacBook for about 2 or 3 years, and has been a disappointment. I’ve got 3 Dell in the house, but my son insisted on getting a Mac because he thought it was better. Firstly, for $ 1K, all you get is a basic computer with an HD and only a small 13 “screen. ~ For half the price, you get a PC with a screen of 15″ and chips more powerful and drive. We had more reliability issues with the Mac. Once the lower half of the screen remains blank, so we had to bring him to the bar “genius”, and fortunately it was still under warranty – the solution was to replace the screen. On two other occasions, we had to be put in the disc drive replaced since the CD / DVD ’s got stuck and would not eject. Another problem with Mac is that they do not run any programs that the PC does. So my son has partitioned the HD and Windows7 installed on your Mac so it can run programs from Apple’s OS will not run. It conclueded that Windows7 is better, and he wants a Dell laptop for his next computer. I bought this Mac in search of a better quality computer. I heard many good things when I ask questions about Macs, like any virus, ergonomics, elegant, Linux, etc. I had this Mac for about 3 days. It was smooth, efficient, and simply beautiful. I had time to create a game Sims 3. I could play on Farmville and chat with my family wirelessly without problem.
