Well, what can I say. I fell in love with this laptop in the store and had to have, in fact I bought two and planned on using computers as vital in my house. Although this laptop looks absolutely beautiful, it has design flaws very seious. Have you herd of the term: *#!&% bag in a nice bag? I just returned my unit immediately. First and foremost, if you decided to do a video streaming or watch / listen to any type of file with sound, including the purchase of this machine. I have owned several laptops, which is by far the worst sound (nonexistent) that I’ve ever heard. . . or didn’t hear. Toshiba actually put the speakers in the machine! If you use this laptop on your lap (portable) or any other flat surface, you will not hear a thing! (yes the volume is up and I have perfect hearing). In fact, I actually reinstalled the sound card driver because I just couldnt believe the speakers were designed this way? Really really poor. The second design flaw is the mouse. If you’re researching online regardng this problem, you will find that everyone has problems with the gel mouse pad, depending on where you type, and it does not work and come back without re-installig pilots. Well, it’s true. . . I did it on four machines on my return. And if all that wasn’t enough, the keyboard is so smooth, your fingers slide completely off the keys. I mean like glass. This issue certainly isn’t the end of the world and if it was the only issue, I would more than likely still have laptops. The first two mentioned, however, are serious issues and really unacceptable. Its a shame because this machine could have sold really well, but not be able to hear videos on youtube, reading / listenig streaming music, or any web site with sound, is just crazy! The issue of ahurissant.En mouse is a day of streaming media, HD content sites and click happy, shame on you Toshiba. I really thought about who put speakers under a laptop was a good idea. . . . . This computer is very nice and thin. The screen is really beautiful. If you look at the mini netbooks, you should take a look at this computer because of its sive, weight, screen, battery life and how energy efficient it is. Great Labtop Notebook. Rating: 5 / 5

I have the computer yesterday. In some software problems, maybe with Windows 7. Toshiba says that I must deal with Microsoft. Microsoft says that I must deal with Toshiba? Plan to return! Rating: 3 / 5

After a year the battery charger has failed. It was a present for my son to help him in his college and, of course, without the ability to recharge the battery, the laptop was rendered useless and thus the reason for the poor assessment. One critical point of failure. Rating: 2 / 5

This was a replacement for a laptop Mac. It is lighter, faster and easier to navigate, but then I’ve never been much of a fan of Mac. Learn Windows 7 is a bit of a learning curve, but nothing extraordinary. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because it has only 2 USB ports. Sometimes I need more. For the price, it was a good deal. Rating: 4 / 5
